On Thursday, October 5, 2023, members of HFE Board of Directors, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Adel Al-Sharkas, Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan.
The award for Children's Poetry was jointly awarded to:
- Poet Ali Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Batiri for his collection " la shayaa kal watan."
- Mr. Taysir Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Omar for his collection " 'Oghniat lilatfal."
- The award in the field of novels was given to writer Samar Ridwan Al-Zubi for her novel " Awdat rasasi."
H.E the Governor honored the winners by presenting each with an award plaque, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward.
He praised the winning works for their role in enhancing child culture and promoting Arabic content in children's literature. The winners expressed their gratitude for HFE efforts in supporting Arabic literature and nurturing talented individuals.
