For the second consecutive year, HFE has renewed its support for beneficiaries of Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, covering university tuition fees for orphaned youth across Jordan.
This partnership, under the umbrella of the “Hope Project”, reflects HFE’s steadfast commitment to empowering vulnerable young people and enabling them to achieve their academic ambitions. In 2024, the initiative expanded to include financial assistance, ensuring students have the stability needed to focus fully on their studies.
Al Aman Fund remains the only initiative in Jordan dedicated to supporting orphaned youth once they reach legal adulthood and leave institutional care. Beyond full university scholarships, it provides monthly allowance for housing and transportation, as well as mentorship and counseling to guide students on their journey toward independence.
According to the Ministry of Social Development, Jordan is home to 72,000 orphans, with nearly 23,000 in urgent need of ongoing support. For many, turning 18 means facing life without family or financial backing—precisely when access to education or vocational training is most critical.
By investing in the education and empowerment of orphaned youth, HFE is not only helping young individuals build brighter futures but also contributing to a more inclusive and resilient society—one where no young person is left behind.
